Theresa Otte, Food Service Coordinator
Theresa is an experienced dietary manager, with a background in assisted living, independent living, and nursing home dietary management. She received her Dietary Manager's Credentialing in 2009, which certified her as a Dietary Manager and a Food Protection Professional.
Theresa has been married to her husband, Rick, for 19 years. Rick is a manager in his family's business, Otte Bus Service. The couple has two sons, Jonathan and Keaton.
When she's not fine tuning the menus at Sarah Chudnow, Theresa enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, spending time with her family, old cars, and riding motorcycles.
